When you reach out to Mr. Handyman, you'll talk to our office staff – not a voicemail or a text-only number. They'll ask about your deck, what concerns you have, and what you're hoping to accomplish. They'll answer your questions and find a time that works with your schedule.
Shortly before your appointment, we send you the technician's name, photo, and background so that you'll know exactly who to expect at your door. Our handymen are uniformed, background-checked, and have years of experience each.
Once they’ve arrived, our handymen will inspect your deck and show you what's wrong, explain why it matters, and give you honest options. If it can be repaired and will last, they'll tell you. If a deck replacement makes more sense, then they'll explain that too.
After the job is done, our office will call to make sure you're happy. We even send a survey for your feedback, and we share that feedback with our entire team so that we’re constantly improving.
